Q: I am working in a private company in Africa and would like to buy a car from Nissan Trading. What should I do?

A: Our "direct" supply program is designed for the UN (United Nations) organisations and the A&D (Aid & Development) agencies who purchase vehicles under the international procurement system. Please kindly contact your local Nissan Distributor from following link;

Q: How do I find out the model availability for a country?

A: Each country has a limited model availability. Please feel free to contact us by email, fax or phone in order to get the latest information on the models available for each country.

Q: When is the order deadline for a vehicle from new production?

A: Monthly production order deadline is in the middle of the month in a regular manner.

Our standard leadtime for cargo readiness of new production is 8-12 weeks. For some models, it takes extra months. Please contact us for the specific date of production deadline and further information of the cargo readiness.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Under Nissan Trading Co., Ltd policy, any cancellation after firm purchase order is not acceptable. Any change of orders, such as option change, body color change and quantity (volume) change, is not accepted after firm order.

Q: Can we buy an Infiniti brand or an US domestic model, such as FX45 and ARMADA, for our operations.

A: Unfortunately Infiniti brand and US domestic models are not available in our lineup.

Q: Is there any chance to buy an used car as an alternative?

A: Unfortunately we do not deal with secondhand cars and all the cars we offer are brand-new.
